Booking Confirmation Policy
Initial Deposit:- For booking conformation A minimum of 50% advance payment required of the total package cost must deposited in our company’s account to initiate the booking process.
Final Payment:-The remaining 50% must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
Voucher:- Once the full payment is received, your final travel voucher will be shared via Email/WhatsApp within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
(A) Tour Package /Hotels/Cabs
We understand plans can change, but we have commitments with our partners (Hotels/Cabs). Our policy is as follows:
More than 28 days prior to arrival at Destination – Deposit Only.
Between 15-28 days – 75% of total holiday cost.
14 days or less prior to arrival at Destination – 100% of total holiday cost.
(B) Air Tickets
A service charge is applicable on all tickets booked and canceled through SPYKAR HOLIDAYS. This service charge is applicable over and above the cancellation charges paid to the airlines.
Refund Policy
Any eligible refund will be processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
